Hat embroidery: front, side and back
Hats are a big share of the embroidery Battle Born Clothing runs. We stitch fronts, sides and backs on structured and unstructured caps and on beanies. Cap embroidery carries a $1 surcharge over flat garments.

Front
The main logo. Most front logos fit under 6,000 stitches.
Side
A small mark or website near the ear. Priced as a second location.
Back
Above the snap or on the closed back of a fitted cap. Priced as a second location.

Questions
Do you need sizes for hats?
Not for snapbacks or beanies. Fitted caps like the Flexfit 6277 need a size count.
Can you embroider a hat I already own?
Yes. Customer-supplied hats are $2 per item handling plus cap embroidery.
